1. Question: The Screen shows displays 'Please Connect BCables.com USB Cable' even after I have connected the cable.
On some computers you have to do a manual installation it depends on how your windows is configured.
You can download the drivers from: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm
On the above website if you have a look under the comments field is a link for setup_executable. Download this and then run and make sure your computer is connected to the internet. this will manually force the installation of the drivers. Once it has done this reboot and then plug in the cable the drivers will have been installed and it will auto configure the cable within 2-3 mins. Once this done you can insert the dvd and it should work fine.

4. Question: INPA Works and connects to the car but I cannot connect via DIS or SSS Progman
If INPA works and DIS or SSS don't then it is likely to be a firewall or antivirus or windows setting on your computer preventing it from communicating as INPA is a direct connection and DIS and SSS go through windows settings/firewalls.
Try the following
a. Disable Windows Firewall and any antivirus and reboot your computer.
b. Go into C:EDIABAS1BIN and run ifhsrv32.exe (NOTE: THIS IS IN THE C:EDIABAS1 FOLDER AND NOT C:EDIABAS)
c. Then click on the DIS button from the Launcher. (NOTE: DIS AND SSS PROGMAN DOES NOT WORK WITH SOME MODELS OF BMW CARS BY DEFAULT

It is because ou have a later car (D-can protocol car) Our listing does state the following “Important: This will work for BMW cars from 1991 to 2007 This will not work on some cars built from 2007 and newer cars (from when BMW started using D-can for OBD communication” The cutoff date was 2007 and you might have the later car.
